I hear ya! I feel the same way about karate.
Yesterday was a terrible day…in class it
all melted away…by the time I left I had
forgotten what a horrible day it had been!
TagerFu Says:
HIT really does work as I have trained many different ways and I find this one the most productive out of all the different systems.
CheapSuit100 Says:
I agree, it’s the most productive form of training there is, especially when you compare the lesser amount of time it takes each week as opposed to high volume training.

HIT helped me achieve my goals.

the production reminds me of something you’d be made to watch in a school class/science lesson.. how cool would that be Would be gr8 for som1 to bring out a similar instructional video for today (to attract new ppl to train hit style). Nice video.

Could you explain it more? I’ve learned in that exercise we have to rotate the shoulders for a better train…
Agui007 Says:
At 6:08 that’s a big mistake. Rotating the shoulders is very dangerous.

Yeah, the “experts” like to say that online and in their books but I have done heavy rotating shrugs for more than 30 years with absolutely no problems before I ever read that. Don’t believe everything you read.

Heart failure was genetic in his family.

you are an idiot…read mentzer’s books. he freely admitted taking steroids, but still professed that his training and nutritional methods were for the average joe who can only dedicate 30 minutes or less to the gym. stop hating on the man.

Mike died in 2001 from a heart problem. He had some unorthodox training and nutritional ideas plus his (cough-cough) supplement regimen was unusual, which may have led to his death at 49?

At 3:53, I could have sworn her titties were popping out. Must just be an illusion.
