watch out man.. looks like lots of monster people are out to get you haha Oo Of course bodybuilding can be done in a healthy light and it bothers me that this video doesn’t show that whatsoever… Ha when i workout I’m feeling rewarded and afterwords i’m happy as hell.

a good sign of a pathological disease of the author is the intro-text: placing more affection to inanimate objects than people. ;)

when u work hard to reach to 200 it’s an “short term” acomplishment the real test is to get to 300 then 400 and it’s then become a devotion to become the strongest among ur peers and phyiscal domanance, then u go hard and heavy.

    great video for motivation

  21. 41elliott Says:

Im a gym rat and always will be. But when you get to this level, the destination isn’t worth the jouney. The diet, the massive doses of roids… I love to train and these guys are great motivators, but I want to have fun with it too. For all you young guys who think you’re going to competet at the highest level…remember there were about 15 guys at the last Olympia…out of the tens of thousands who aspire to such. Bodybuilding is about your OWN journey.
