Hey i was wondering is it normal for my forearms to be stronger than my biceps? As i can lift the same ammount of weight on them as my biceps but dont feel the burn as much. i am doing the lifting/curling correctly just curious could you let me know thanks

Awesome video, you’re ripped as! I don’t think I can do the second workout at my gym. Is there something else you can use besides the EZ bar? I’m pretty sure we don’t have an attachable one. There’s a straight one..

i have one question, i have seen very conflicting data, some people say work out every day others say give a day of rest in between working out the same muscle or the muscle won’t have time to heal and you will slow your progress… what ever you do works and i see hard evidence. should i wait a day between working the same muscle group?

ive been playing basketball for about 11 years now, and have constantly used my right hand for shooting. Mm now 17 tunring 18 next year, is it possible for my muscles to adapt to the sport im playing because, my left tricep bigger than my right one. i’ve been doing weights for a while, but yeah just wanted to ask someone who knew a bit more than me
