Low Fat High Protein Foods:
Whey Protein
Chicken
Fish (tuna, salmon etc)
Lean Beef

Milk (skimmed)
Fattier, or Bulking High Protein Foods
Pork

Cheese
Nuts
As a general rule, if you are cutting then you should also do things like leave the chicken skin out of your meal, and cut away any fat that you can see on your food. If you are bulking then this is not much of a big deal as you will be wanting to get as much food, protein and calories down you as you can.
